Stuey
Stuey (short for Cabbage Stew) showed up, emaciated, injured and afraid near Dr. Boughners house. It was obvious he needed some serious medical attention. After several hours, we finally gained enough of his trust to get close enough to have a better look at his injuries. The poor guy even had a collar embedded in his skin. Stuey most likely escaped as a kitten wearing his collar, and as he grew, his collar did not.
The original plan was to fix Stuey up and adopt him out, however during his long recovery we all fell in love with him and just couldn't let him go. He is now healthy, happy and spoiled rotten!
